Join the Home Health Quality Improvement National Campaign
Join the Home Health National Campaign along with the 3,700 agencies across the country that already have! This is a CMS-funded project, so it is absolutely free, with no obligations or reports to complete. The campaign is designed to improve the quality of care for home health patients. The first Best Practice Intervention Package (BPIP), already available, focuses on decreasing Acute Care Hospitalization rates.
